Chloe Mountain is a ceramicist and industrial designer who’s work primarily focuses on the value of industrial craftsmanship, processes and materials.

Originally from rural Norfolk, Chloe moved to London in 2017 to study Ceramic Design at Central Saint Martins were she achieved a 1st class degree and earned a scholarship with The Conran Foundation to study MA Industrial Design.

Wanting to explore design through a different lens, the MA allowed Chloe to apply and expand her skills in different materials and contexts. Through various collaborative projects and clients including Google, she benefitted from the diverse cohort to achieve the latter and design critically.

Chloe’s design specialism is agile problem solving as well as industrial process and material knowledge with expertise in ceramics, plaster, silicon, glaze chemistry, mould making and casting. Other skills include CAD for model making, rendering and 3D printing all of which enable her to offer a multitude of experience to design work.
